4.24 Lakh Yaba Recovered in Cox’s Bazar

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered 4.24 lakh yaba tablets at Teknaf upazila Cox’s Bazar district on 02 September night.

Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Faisal Hasan Khan, commanding officer of BGB Battalion-2 in Teknaf, said on information that a big consignment of Yaba tablets was entering from Myanmar through the Naf River in Hrila area, a team of the BGB conducted a drive there.

As the team challenged three to four drug peddlers, they left five sacks of the Yaba tablets and fled the scene.
