Army chief returns home

General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed, Chief of Army Staff of Bangladesh Army, has returned home after wrapping up his visit to China and India.
During the visit, he observed various games and sports events including the opening of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China as the president of the Bangladesh Olympic Association.
He also participated in the Indo-Pacific Army Chief’s Conclave (IPAC) conference in Delhi on September 25, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release on Thursday (September 28).
Earlier, the Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed left for China on September 21.
