UPDF Organizer Bablu Chakma during the rally urged the district residents to support the blockade.
On Saturday, armed miscreants attacked UPDF workers in Longadu. In the attack, UPDF activists Bidyadhan Tilak, 49, and Dhanyamoni Chakma, 32, were killed on the spot.
Langadu police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Harunur Rashid suspects that the two men were killed by the members of the regional political group PCJSS (Santu Larma faction).
