ASSAM RIFLES CONDUCTS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR NEPA TRAINEES

After having successfully completed their training at the North Eastern Police Academy, 14 Probationers of 46 batch from Nagaland underwent 5 days orientation programme with the Assam Rifles wef 06 Jan to 10 Jan 20. The trainees, during the said period, were given a brief about the organization of Assam Rifles, terrain imperatives and various security challenges in Nagaland. The trainees also visited and stayed at Company Operating Base deployed along the Indo-Myanmar Border.

The orientation programme culminated today at Kohima, wherein, Maj Gen Pradeep Nair, YSM interacted with the Probationers and encouraged them to dedicate themselves in maintaining Peace & Stability in the State.
