Khagrachhari Matiranga clash: Probe committee submits report

The magistrate did not reveal the details of the findings or the recommendation they made in the report
A probe committee formed to investigate the Matiranga clash on March 3 has submitted a report to the deputy commissioner of Khagrachhari.
The Additional District Magistrate Khandaker Rezaul Karim led the probe committee which was joined by Khagrachhari Additional Superintendent of Police Mehedi Hasan and Assistant Conservator of Forest Md Hossain.
They submitted the report on Wednesday (11th March) around 12pm, to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Protap Chandra Biswas at his residence, confirmed Additional District Magistrate Khandaker Rezaul Karim.
He said: “We investigated the incident with utmost sincerity and made some recommendations as well. The report will be sent to the concerning ministry via the DC.”
However, the magistrate did not reveal the details of the findings or the recommendation they made in the report.
