Deputy Chief of Qatar armed forces calls on Army Chief

Major General Abdul Rahman Al Nasr, deputy chief of staff of Qatar armed forces, today paid courtesy call on Chief of Army Staff General S M Shafiuddin Ahmed.

The Qatar Deputy Chief of Staff, accompanied by Brigadier General Abdul Aziz Ghanem Al Qubaisi, Director of Qatar Military Decorations and Medals Directorate of Qatar, visited General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed at the Army

Headquarters in the capital, an Inter Services Public Relation Directorate (ISPR) release said here.

During the meeting, both the Deputy Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces and the Army Chief of Bangladesh emphasised on strengthening the mutual development between the two countries.

The Qatari delegation team will visit various military and naval establishments during their visit to Bangladesh till September 22, 2023, the release added.
